Throughout the course, you will remain in the weave and continue to be supported by Dr Leila and your peers through our class WhatsApp group.

Each student will have a full Body Impedence Analysis measuring body fat %, muscle mass, water content and various other parameters which we will use to assess improvement. 

​

Before we begin the course, each student will be required to complete a medical history form and have some basic blood work done.
